American Medical Return Policy

 

 

All American Medical Sales & Repair products come with a warranty.  Please call 888-681-6085 for warranty service.  The following Return Policy (below) is the process to follow to return a product that you are unsatisfied with for any reason other than product warranty. 

 

At American Medical Sales & Repairs Inc., we want to make all our customers happy
with our quality products. If your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, we will be
happy to replace the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Just follow the steps at
the bottom of the page.

 

We have a 3 day return policy from the time you receive the product.  If you are
dissatisfied with your product you must call within the 3 day period and get a return authorization from our company.   Items returned within 3 days are subject to a 5% processing fee and are shipped at customer expense.

 

Between the 4th and 30th day, American Medical Sales & Repairs will process your return subject to a 25% restocking fee.  All returns are shipped at customer expense.   

 

All Merchandise returned without an RA # (Return Authorization Number) including refusal of delivery, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

If any oxygen concentrator is returned with damage caused by the customer, including damage due to wrong voltage, either power inverter from 12 volt to 110 volt or from 220 volt to 110 volt, the customer is responsible for the parts and labor costs in addition to shipping charges.  Shipping charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer with the exception of mishandled shipments and defective products.

 

No refunds after 30 days.   No exceptions.

 

If you have a product that needs to be returned, please follow these steps.

 

1. Call us at 888-681-6085 or 303-799-0011 with your invoice number, and the item that is damaged or needs to be returned.

 

2. Give a brief reason for the return.

 

3. Within the next business day, we will assign an RA# (Return Authorization Number). You must have an RA# prior to any return.

 

4. Your package must be in its original box, include all products, and show the RA# on the outside of the box.

 

5. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return.

 

No refunds after 30 days. (No Exceptions)
